He Came In For An Emergency Surgery. When Doctors Looked In His Pants, They Were Shocked! (Graphic)

A 55-year-old man in Costa Rica found himself rushed into emergency surgery when he went a little too far trying to satisfy himself. Hospital, staff was shocked when they discovered what was stuck inside the patient. (Warning, images may be too graphic for some.)

After removing the object, it was obvious that it had been specifically altered for pleasure. The man had carved an 18-inch long and over 3 inches in diameter cassava root into a phallic shape and then wrapped two condoms around it before inserting it into his 4nus. It was when one of the condoms he used broke inside of him, exposing the rough outside of the cassava root, that he had to be rushed to the hospital.

Surgeons had to perform reconstructive surgery on the man’s as well as part of his intestines. He was lucky that it didn’t perforate his as well, which could have caused complications. They spent more than an hour operating on the man, filming part of the surgery and posting it online.
